We ship either the same day or the next day, depending on the purchase time and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping times are also dependent on the item, delivery location, and carrier selected.

We also offer free pick-up at our shop located at CP Fashion House, Gill House, Moi Avenue, Nairobi, during our operating hours: Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM.

Returns are only accepted in cases where the wrong color or size was dispatched, or if the item is defective. Otherwise, once goods are sold, they are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn, and free from any customer-inflicted damages. Returns are subject to confirmation by CP Fashion House.

Please note, we do not offer cash refunds. We only provide replacements for eligible returns.
